So... I decided not to do that stupid manga review thing. It was pretty dumb. But in related news, I recently tried getting into Case Closed, and just when the guy's girlfriend was just about to piece things together, a PLOT DEVICE rears its ugly head and stopped any and all plot advancement. Now, this disappointed me a little. So, to see if the girl EVER caught on, I skipped to the end(?) of the series. And what do I see? THAT THICK-HEADED BIMBO IS STILL CALLING HIM BY HIS KID NAME. The real reason why I put up this journal was NOT because I want to vent my disappointment at finding YET ANOTHER manga with terrible writing. No. What I really wanted to do is ask y'all a little question. Was she just putting up an act for onlookers, or is it really taking her over 700 FREAKING CHAPTERS to realize that a little boy who looks JUST LIKE her childhood friend when he was five AND has the same remarkable cognitive abilities might not be a little boy at all? A response would be great.
